Collective intelligence, "The 12-Moderator-Matrix (12MM)", is an intelligence that emerged from the collaboration, and competition of many individuals, which is set seemingly here as an intelligence with a mind of its own. In the not too distant future (meaning now), and with a little help from the powers that be, this "Business Plan" will take shape by harnessing and organizing the power of human behavior to serve the 12MM global system, as diverse as that may seem.
Since this project requires people to work together, teamwork is then the most important aspect facing this organization today, and in the future. Therefore, there is quite a lot at stake, when considering all those who will apply. For all intents, purposes, and with respect to the power in numbers, the 12MM will collectively and deliberately set out to demonstrate the strength in numbers, and the power of communities, and comradely.
In fact, kinship is one of the most basic principles for organizing individuals into social groups, roles, and categories, and kinship is even more dynamic, when teamwork is factored into the equation with the objective of becoming harmonic. An individual will not present a complete thought, when compared to collective intelligence, and therefore, the same individual can only subordinate personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole organization, but not without sacrifice.
People can only function as an abstract entity that associates a input to a corresponding output according to some rule of law, or code of ethics, and they are therefore, unpredictable and valuable provided they perform. Market segmentation is the art of sub-grouping, or sub-classifying people and organizations in a manner, in which the sharing of one or more characteristics causes them to behave similarly to specific goods or services, but not without sacrifice.
Sacrifice, in this case, is perceived to benefit certain others, and is a powerful theme in many cultures, myths, and societies, e.g., The bravery of a soldier who protects another, or The bravery of a first-responder who risks everything to rescue another. The threat is dependent upon a particular course of action that results in negativity upon the recipient, and not everyone is affected by the same threat, but because of our kinship, treating one another with the utmost respect is desired.
Security, when compared to related concepts such as: Safety, Continuity, and Reliability is different, because security must take into account the actions of active and inactive agents who would otherwise cause ill-will. Seniority is descriptive of individual experience based on length of service relative to their position within the 12MM, and is thus to be utilized as differentiation between individuals and teams of otherwise equivalence without granting direct access or authority.
